Select from 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or indefinite (no end date). If you are unsure, we recommend starting with the longer option. You can always request a permanent extension — you cannot shorten an active exclusion.
To process the self-exclusion, we will ask you to confirm your account username and registered email address. This is a safeguard to ensure the exclusion is applied to the correct account.
Your account will be suspended within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of exclusion will be secured for withdrawal after the exclusion period ends.
