For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Your use of the 777fs platform constitutes your unambiguous acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full, along with any other policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
3.2 These Terms apply to all forms of access and use, including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device through which the platform is accessed.
3.3 If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
3.4 777fs reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4.1 To register and maintain an account with 777fs, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
4.2 777fs reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed, or where false information has been provided during the registration process.
4.3 Each individual may hold only one registered account. Multi-accounting — the creation or use of more than one account by a single individual — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated funds.
5.1 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address.
5.2 777fs operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before a player may make a withdrawal or claim a bonus, the following documents may be required:
5.3 777fs reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or closure of the account.
5.4 All personal data submitted during registration and KYC is processed in accordance with the 777fs Privacy Policy.
6.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

6.3 777fs will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your account where such use arises from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
6.4 We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in your account settings.
All deposits must be made from a payment method owned by, and registered in the name of, the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. All balances are displayed in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction.
Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may appear as contextual deposit options in the cashier. These references are for informational context only and do not constitute confirmation that these providers endorse gambling or have any formal relationship with 777fs.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted following successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the payment method selected and third-party processing timelines.
777fs reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals associated with unresolved bonus wagering requirements will be held until the wagering obligation has been met or the bonus has been forfeited.
Where cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT) are available, they are subject to network confirmation requirements and are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain. The PKR equivalent of any cryptocurrency deposit is calculated at the time of confirmation. 777fs bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user.
The availability of cryptocurrency as a deposit or withdrawal method is not a representation that cryptocurrency use for gambling is legal in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users must independently verify their legal obligations.
8.1 All bonuses, free spins, reload offers and other promotional benefits are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. General bonus principles are set out below.
8.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion. Example (illustrative): a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total wagers to be completed before withdrawal is permitted.
8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum bet limit per spin or round applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The applicable limit is stated per promotion.
8.4 Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games and certain specialty games may contribute a lower percentage or zero percent. 8.5 Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unconverted bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
8.6 Sticky and Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky (non-cashable) bonus funds are deducted from the balance upon withdrawal — only winnings generated from those funds are withdrawable. Non-sticky bonuses are withdrawn alongside winnings. The type applicable to each promotion is stated in its terms.
8.7 777fs reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Any suspected misuse, exploitation or abuse of promotional offers will result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings and may result in account suspension.
9.1 All games available on the 777fs platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or professionally operated live dealer environments. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in the game information panel where available and should be understood as long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed individual session outcomes.
9.2 777fs does not guarantee any outcome in any game. Past performance of any game or wager is not indicative of future results. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain.
9.3 In the event of a technical fault, connection failure or error during game play that affects the integrity of a round, 777fs reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. The decision of 777fs on all disputes is final subject to the applicable complaints procedure.
9.4 Sportsbook odds are subject to change up until the moment a wager is accepted. Bets accepted prior to any odds revision will be honoured at the odds at which they were accepted. Post-event settlement is final barring a clear and demonstrable error.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777fs platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any associated balance:
10.2 Where 777fs has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it may suspend the relevant account and freeze associated funds pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation is final and binding on the user.
11.1 All content on the 777fs platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, graphical elements, written copy and software, is owned by or licensed to 777fs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution or modification of any platform content.
11.3 You must not scrape, copy, frame, mirror or otherwise reproduce any part of the platform without prior written consent from 777fs.
12.1 The 777fs platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
12.2 777fs does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance, updates and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.
12.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777fs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.5 Gambling involves financial risk. 777fs strongly advises all players to gamble responsibly and to never wager more than they can afford to lose. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.
13.1 777fs is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of player protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and voluntary self-exclusion.
13.2 Players are expected to use these tools proactively. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and, once active, the excluded player must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account.

13.5 Adults 18+ only (or the higher minimum age required by the license jurisdiction). 777fs does not assert that this age threshold makes gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users must comply with applicable local age restrictions and gambling laws.
14.1 The collection, processing, storage and use of personal data by 777fs is governed by the 777fs Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
14.2 By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, account administration, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
14.3 777fs does not sell personal data to third-party marketers. Data sharing with third parties occurs only where necessary for operational purposes (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers) or where required by law.
15.1 777fs reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated by updating this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
15.2 Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects user rights or obligations — 777fs will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to registered users, where practicable.
15.3 Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure through the support team.
16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming license. Users are encouraged to review the license jurisdiction's laws applicable to online gaming.
16.2 These Terms do not constitute a representation that online gaming under them is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific country. Users accept full responsibility for compliance with their applicable local laws.
16.3 In the event of a dispute between you and 777fs, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through the internal complaints procedure, initiated by contacting support at the email address set out in Clause 17. If a resolution cannot be reached through that process, the dispute shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable gaming license authority.
16.4 You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.
